Day 1 Arrive Jaipur
You are received & welcomed by our representative at the Airport/Railway Station/Decided Location. He will present you the travel documents then transfer to hotel & Rest of the day free for independent activities.
Day 2 Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber Fort, situated outside the walled city, is perhaps the most beautiful example of Rajput forts. You can have the unique experience of riding on elephant back to the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur including, City Palace in the heart of Jaipur known for its blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture.. Another monument near the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, is the largest of the five astronomical observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh-I, the founder ruler of Jaipur. Stop at Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, a seven storied facade and one of the most picturesque landmarks constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen.
Day 3 Jaipur – Jodhpur via Pushkar
Drive to Jodhpur, via Pushkar – The holiest place for Hindus. This is the place where Lord Brahma (the Creator) and his wife Saraswati (the goddess of learning and music) performed a ritual. Here we visit the only Brahma temple in the world before intermingling with the colors in the local bazaar. Pushkar is also world famous for its cattle fair, which is held each year in the month of October – November and continue drive to Jodhpur.
Day 4 Jodhpur
Start Jodhpur sightseeing by visiting Mehrangarh Fort founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha (after whom the city is named). The Fort is intricately adorned with long carved panels and latticed windows of exquisite designs in red sandstone. Also visit Jaswant Thada- an imposing white marble cenotaph built to commemorate the acts of bravery and generosity of the rulers in 19th century.
Day 5 Jodhpur – Udaipur via Ranakpur
Morning drive to Udaipur via world famous Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Admire the workmanship from the 16th century temples. The whole structure has 80 domes and 400 pillars.
Day 6 Udaipur
After breakfast, start the sightseeing of Udaipur visiting The City Palace and Museum is considered as the largest palace complex in Rajasthan. Pratap Memorial has the bronze statue of Maharana Pratap, the legendary warrior king of Udaipur. Jagdish Temple which was built in 1651 AD. Saheliyon Ki Bari is a small ornamental garden made for maiden princes to play. Late afternoon enjoy boat-ride on Lake Pichola visiting many Ghats (banks) of washing, bathing etc and enjoy excellent views of the Lake Palace and City Palace.
Day 7 Departure
This is the last day of your Glimpse of Rajasthan tour after breakfast do your check out formalities & on time transfer to Airport/Railway Station/Decided Location for your onwards journey.
